I sware he is saying Hi

Evan talks all day long, but unfortunately I can't understand a word. He tries so hard, he has so much to say. The doctor said we should really expect him to say atleast a few words over the next two months. So far he has Dada down, but I am still not convinced he says it in the right situations. It's not like he says it when Daddy comes home, its just in between lots of babbles while he is playing with toys. So who knows. But check out this video, I sware he is saying Hi when he is waving to the camera. What do you think?
