It sounds bad, but when Drew was born, he was anything but camera-ready, even after all of the tubes and wires were removed. He was still very scrawny, his hair had been shaved, he was a tad bit jaundiced, and his skin was covered in baby acne. He just wasn't quite ready for the outside world. And that was painful for me. One of the two things I grabbed when running out of the house, when my water broke at 32 weeks pregnant was my camera! Sure, he was beautiful to me, but photogenic, not so much. Today, I can honestly say he is my little Gerber baby. Ugbie is in town right now, with his amazing camera in tow... so that called for a photo shoot. Here are three shots we got of Drew lounging on the couch.
