The difference between last year's Halloween and this years is, Evan knows what candy is. And it's not so much a matter of out of sight out of mind. He knows he filled a basket with treats last night, and he very much knows what candy is. Last night he must have helped himself to a hershey bar, two things of MnMs, and like 5 lollipops, just as he was riding around in the neighborhood in the wagon. He had a blast trick or treating. He would say "TREAT" when the person would answer the door, and sometimes try and walk right in their house. He certainly wasn't shy. I can't wait for next year when I have two little guys in that wagon. But this year he stayed behind with Meema.
