For the life of me, I can't figure out anything that Evan will consistently eat for breakfast. I used to think I would never offer my kids anything but the healthiest of choices. But when Evan's dietician instructed me to get calories in his little belly any way that I could becuase his intake was so low, I started to get desparate and try everything. From cereal to eggs, pancakes to waffles, pop tarts to toaster pastries, english muffins to toast. NOTHING seemed to work for more than a few days. But today, I tried giving him Daddy's favorite breakfast on the go. Peanut butter on a spoon. Daddy has eaten that just about every morning since I met him 8 years ago. And what other way can you get that many calories and protien in just a few bites, PERFECT for my little picky eater. Anyway, he ate it!! Whoo hoo. Now let's just see how long it lasts. Fingers crossed.

I cant wait for PB! I figure it will stick to Celia's mouth and she wont be able to spit it out. My doc. wants me to wait till 2.
