Getting in Touch with his Feminine Side

Not only do I have a lot to do before the baby comes, but so does Evan. He's gotta learn to be a little more independent and a little more gentle. For his first birthday one of the guests at his birthday party got him a cabbage patch doll. At first, I thought that was a little random to give a little boy a doll. But I am glad glad they did. I got it out a few days ago and have been teaching him to feed the baby, rock the baby and hug and kiss the baby. Friday he did great. He was so gentle and cute. My camera was all the way downstairs at the time. Today, when I was trying to take pictures of him playing with the baby, the baby kept getting thrown against the wall, stepped on, he even put the baby in time out at one point. So the pictures don't portray how gentle and sweet Evan was with him the other day. But I have hope, and I am not giving up.
