First Day of Pre K 3
Drew's First Day of School
My sweet, very expressive, independent, lovable Drew had his first day of Pre-K today. He is in a class with 8 other one and two year olds, and his teachers are Mrs. B and Mrs. Lee!!! He cried for about 10 seconds and then was like..."Mommy-who?" He sat at a big boy chair and ate his granola bar and drank his juice out of a paper cup, all by himself at snack time! He stood in line and walked out to the playground as he was asked to. But one thing he didn't do when asked, was to wait until his name was called before he ran to the door to greet me at the end of the morning. And that is fine by me! I missed him during those two hours, but also enjoyed my pedicure and kid-free grocery shopping trip!!!!

Lazy Days of Summer
This is what we have been up to lately. A lot of nothing. School is right around the corner, along with all the busy activities that Fall brings. So we have been soaking up a lot of couch time. Sometimes I get cranky if I don't have a lot going on, I love to be on the move, I love the chaos of being overly busy. But Drew pretty much makes it impossible to be cranky for too long. I mean really. How can you be blue, looking at that mug?

D got his Hairs Cut.
When Evan got his first real hair, I took about 200 pictures and took him to a nice barber shop. Drew got his hair cut on Tuesday, I didn't take a single picture and we went to The Hair Cuttery. Sweet. Poor 2nd child. In my defense, I took him there by myself without Paul and he had to sit on my lap because he was so scared. So I couldn't really take any pictures. But still. This is all I gots. Drew playing at the park the next day with his new Big Boy DO.
Sheesh
This is what it looks like when your son can dress himself and insists on picking out his own clothes. Whatcha gonna do? Your gonna cringe every time you go out in public, that's what you are gonna do.
Happy Anniversary
Tuesday, Paul and I celebrated our 8th Anniversary together. Gosh we look young here? Hope I don't age that much over the next 8 years or I will be first in line for some Botox. I can't express how thankful I am for Paul. I want to be a better person for him, a better wife. And I look forward to growing old with him. Love you Paul! Here's to another 8 years times 7!!!
