Beach Photo Shoot
How could I pass up doing a photo shoot in such a beautiful location!!! Here are just a few of the pictures I took that afternoon. Check my photography blog for more in a couple of days! Is Claire not the most adorable little girl EVER!!! And I also am taking a vote on how long I can safely put Drew in a Jon-jon? I am thinking 12 years old?!!!! Yeah, Paul will probably go for that, No?

Smores
Every night after dinner, we enjoyed roasting marshmellows on the grill and making smores! Evan, while usually not a huge sweets fan, can't ever pass up an opportunity to play with sticks and fire! Drew didn't partake in the sinful dessert, but he was looking uber cute in his PJs, so I had to include him in this post.
Beach Boys
Just another day at the beach. Thank goodness my boys warmed up to the beach. The first day Drew whined for 3 hours, not sure what he was supposed to do. Wasn't interested in the water or the sand, he spent most of his time on my lap. Evan also wasn't a fan of the water and waves, so he built sand castles with Dad and acted like his heart was broken when the babies knocked his castle over. By day two or three though, they were loving it! That water was heavenly too, just the right temperature and you could see the gulf floor which is good for a paranoid person like myself. I always think there are critters trying to eat me when I am in any large body of water. And by the looks of the size of the crabs we saw, they probably could eat me!

Hot Tub Time
The boys enjoyed the hot tub at the house so much. Mostly Evan used it because it was just his size and he could touch the bottom, despite the 4 weeks of swimming lessons, he prefers to play by the side of the pool if he has any say in the matter. The adults had big plans to venture into the hot tub too and relax, but being that it's Florida and about 1000 degrees... we never made it into the hot tub. But I am pretty sure Evan turned it off and and on about 32 times a day because the boy still loves to push buttons, literally and figuratively.

Here are a few shots of my boys in their PJs and Claire in one of her adorable dresses chilling at our beach house after a long day of playing in the sand.
