Evan at 7 1/2 Months

I used to think my boys looked identical.  Now, not so much.  Evan at Drew's age, was..dare I say chubby?  His eyes, although the same color as Drew's, are shaped differently.  The boys definitely look like brothers, but not like twins.  Meema and I tried to re-create a picture that we took of Evan when he was a baby, with Drew this weekend.  I definitely don't need to label these pictures in order to tell my boys apart.  What do you think?

Brothers

Same ole hand-me-down cloths and bouncy seat...

same mannerisms and disposition....

but becoming quite the individual.

And almost developing his own little look,

though equally as cute as his big brother Evan.

Of which is in the bottom three pictures, where Drew is in the top two.

I think they are starting to look a little different, and maybe Drew a little like my side of the family, dare I say?

Like Twins

I found this picture of Evan at 1 month and let me tell you, other than about 3 or 4 lbs of extra chub, these boys are almost identical at this age.

Happy 4th of July

Here are some pictures taken last year of Evan in his 4th of July attire. I will post some more pictures tonight of Evan this year, at the festivities we attend today!!! I barely recognize this little baby from last year, with his pudgy cheeks and his bald little head. What a difference a year makes!!!

What Happened to My Chubby Baby?

My hard drive on my computer is officially full. It was only a matter of time with the amount of pictures I take on a daily basis. So I was going through old photos, deleting the blurry ones, ones with eyes closed, ones where I have ten of the exact same pose, etc. Anyway, I came across these pictures of him from when he was 4-6 months old, and what a chubby boy. Check out those massive thighs, that double chin, that little Buddha belly. I miss it!!! I gotta fatten him up, so I can nuzzles in between his sweet little chins again.

Looking back at Christmas 2007...before I had a BLOG!!!

Wow, what a difference a year can make. Last year, my little guy was 3 months old at Christmas. He didn't do much but sit there and look around, like most 3 month olds do, of course. But this year, WOW. He is walking, talking, dancing, marching, throwing tantrums.... and much much more. He was adorable last year, but this year he is irresistible. Still, I love looking back at old pictures.
